Brief Description
The proposed project aims to enhance the skills of staff through targeted training. The 17 modules range from inclusive leadership to conflict management and excellence in project management. This approach aims to promote an inclusive, dynamic and growth-oriented working environment. The aim is to improve company competitiveness, guarantee the quality of the services offered and preserve employment prospects by adapting staff skills to new needs and market challenges. The project consists of 8 paths and will involve 40 employees.
