Your data will not be disclosed but will be treated confidentially as part of the business relationship in order to provide the services you have requested.

Service providers are contractually bound and in particular obliged to treat your data confidentially.

For the fulfilment of the business relationship, failure to provide data will prevent us from offering you the service.

 

How long will the data be stored?

The retention period is measured according to the duration of our business relationship and according to our regulatory obligations in terms of retention.

 

Your rights

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists; in this case, he or she has the right to access the personal data (Art. 15 GDPR).

The data subject has the right to demand that the person responsible immediately correct inaccurate personal data concerning him or her and, if necessary, complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).

The data subject has the right to demand the immediate deletion of personal data concerning him or her if one of the grounds set out in Article 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).

The data subject has the right to request the controller to restrict processing if one of the conditions set out in Article 18 GDPR is met, e.g. if the data subject has objected to the processing for the duration of the controller's investigation.

The data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her that has been provided to a controller and has the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom he or she has provided it, for example if the processing is based on the consent of the data subject and the processing is carried out by automated means (right to data portability Article 20 GDPR).

The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her on grounds relating to his or her particular situation. The controller shall no longer process the personal data, unless the controller can demonstrate compelling grounds for a processing operation worthy of protection which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or that the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend a legal claim (Art. 21 GDPR).

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a data subject who considers that processing relating to him or her is in breach of this Regulation shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State in which he or she normally resides, works or in the place where the alleged breach has occurred. In Italy, the competent supervisory authority is the Garante for the protection of personal data.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING

OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Information pursuant to Articles 12, 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016

 

The EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data requires the Controller to provide the data subjects with the information indicated in the epigraph.

 

Purpose of data processing

Personal data are collected and processed in the normal course of office activities for the fulfilment of both institutional, administrative and accounting functions or for purposes strictly related to the exercise of powers and faculties granted to citizens and administrators, not institutional ones.

Rights of the interested parties

Finally, we would like to inform you that Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation give data subjects the right to exercise specific rights. In particular, with regard to their personal data, data subjects may obtain from the Controller: the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 13, paragraph 2, letter d); access (art. 15); rectification (art. 16); erasure - oblivion - (art. 17); restriction of processing (Art. 18); notification in the event of rectification, cancellation or restriction (Art. 19); portability (Art. 20); right to object (Art. 21) and non-submission to automated decision-making processes and profiling (Art. 22).
